All prices quoted on our online shop are in Euro inclusive of VAT @ 21%. All charges will be in Euro. Non-euro credit card purchases will be at the daily bank conversion rate. VAT will not be charged on purchases for shipping outside the EU.

Our online shop uses a secure server with credit card details encrypted for total security.

Shipping

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of Euro 25.00 per shipment. All shipments by Priority Airmail.

Your complete satisfaction with our products is our goal. We strive to provide only top quality products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our products please return it for a full refund or exchange.

Refunds and Exchange

Simply return the item quoting your order number (you will find this on your order confirmation email), along with details of why the item is being returned. Return the item to us at the address noted below. All merchandise may be exchanged within 90 days of the purchase date.

Credit will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Shipping charges will be refunded only if we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective.

Refunds may not appear on your credit statement for up to 2 months.
